Always come in with no make-up and a clean lash line.
Eyewash cleanse is an additional charge.
Clients must have at least 40% eyelash extension retention to be considered a fill and anything less than 40% is a full set.
HOW TO BOOK FILLS
1 week fills are exactly 7 days
2 week fills are exactly 14 days
3 week fills are exactly 21 days
4 week fills are exactly 28 days
Any fills past 3 days from their exact weekly fill will be considered the following weekly fill.
For example, If you are coming in for a 1 week fill, but booked on a week and 3 days then it will be considered a 2 week fill.
IS IT A FILL?
If you have more than 40% retention than it is a fill, but if it is less than 40% then it is a full set.
What about 4 week fills?
However, anything 4 weeks or more can be considered a fill (>/= 40% retention) or a full set depending on lash retention and how fast clients lashes shed because the majority of our lashes would have grown out by 3-5 mm by then which will then be replaced.
FILL APPOINTMENTS WITH LESS THAN 40% RETENTION
Unfortunately, it is hard to tell on what a less than 40% retention looks like, but can be quickly determined how frequent you filled your the same lash set through history, but don’t worry. Your lash artist will make sure you get proper fills.
However, life happens. So, when you book a fill, and we determine that it is less than 40%, and to make sure it meets everyone’s expectations, your fill will be a full set less than your original coverage. If you had full coverage “III” fill, then it is now a light “I” or medium “II” coverage full set because they are the only sets that can fit in the time allocated. Clients who prefer the original set, will need to add an upgrade on their upcoming set to get back to its intended set. If necessary, the Cancellation Policy will be implemented. Signs your lashes are most likely a full set:
your lashes are too spacey
turns too much / crooked
can’t comb it straight
you see too many lash extensions grown out
not the same style from your last fill
CHANGING CHARACTER / STYLES
Please allow your stylist 24 hours notice.
However, we cannot guarantee your style can be done the day of because consultation will cut into your full set. We recommend adding a consultation on your next appointment so we can change your style that day.
FOREIGN FILLS
Not LASHBONDAGE’s lashes?
Sometimes life happens and you couldn’t get in with us. So, you got your lashes done somewhere else, but want a fill with us or a completely different set. Then, you will have to come in for a consultation once again to check the quality of your current eyelash extensions.
Acceptable or unacceptable lash fills:
If we can work around the current circumstances, then we can proceed with the appropriate 1, 2, 3, or 4 (>/= 40% retention) week refill based on the Class, Coverage, Cost, and Character you choose. If not, a removal, eyelash cleanse, and full set will be priced accordingly.

LASH BATHE
If you come in with make-up, you are free to use our face wash and make-up remover. There might be a chance that the lashes are not thoroughly cleaned. So we will make the best judgement to make sure your retention is taken care of and add a BATHE with your fill.

DEPOSITS
To secure your appointment, we require a 25% deposit of any services over $25. If your schedule changes, please see our cancellation policy.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Canceling or rescheduling within 72 hours (3 days before) prior to your appointment will automatically be refunded in the form of your initial 25% deposit of your full-service appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours (2 days before) is ok (no fee) except when cancelling then there will be a 25% cancellation fee of that appointment’s full service value and the deposit is non-refundable. Canceling, rescheduling, or no-shows (late 15 min.) within 24 hours (same day) are subject to a 25% modification fee of that appointment’s full-service value, deposit is non-refundable, and rescheduling keeps deposit.
