Weekly Fill Retention | Policy Update

Our services are curated carefully and thoughtfully with you guys in mind. So, we can do our best to accommodate everyone!


All Weekly Fill bookings are fairly taken care of

Before starting your lash service, your lash artist will assess your lashes and retention. Originally, if it is less than 40% retention, then we’d default the appointment to the original coverage full set price, but over the years we found it not to be the best for everyone.

For example, if you came in for your original SULTRY III 4 Week Fill and showed up with less than 40% retention, then we’d normally book you for a SULTRY III full set. However, we found that to be uncomfortable for both client and lash artist.

So, to ensure a positive experience for everyone, we’ve made sure the time was well spent for both the clients and lash artists.

Now, if you came in for your original SULTRY III 4 Week Fill and showed up with less than 40% retention, we will only be able to fit the lightest or medium coverage, which will then be a SULTRY I or SULTRY II full set charge rather than the original weekly fill price or original full set price.

It will be the same concept for all mega-volume sets that are medium or full coverage, with only medium coverage as an option. Except for original light “I” coverage sets, which will only be the same full set.

Upgrades are optional

However, we understand the reduced full set was not the intended set, but it was only fair to fit a full set that fits the time allocated. Don’t worry, we can get you back to your desired set. Clients who want their original set will have to upgrade on their next fill to get back to the intended set.

  • Reduction to the lightest “I” or medium “II” coverage

  • Your appointment will be charged as a full set

  • Additional upgrade fee to get back to original set / coverage

TIPS TO STAY WITHIN 40% OR MORE RETENTION

  • We recommend booking at the end of your service

  • Booking in advanced

  • Rescheduling your appointment sooner than your regular fills

  • Coming in at the weekly fill your lash artist advised.

CANCELLATIONS 

We understand life happens, but if you decide that you refuse to pay for the weekly fill modification to a light “I” or medium “II” coverage full set, then our Cancellation Policy will be implemented toward the original fill set. Clients with a deposit (non-refundable) will have an additional 25% same-day cancellation fee and clients without deposits will have a 50% same-day cancellation fee.
