This project started with one client.

In June 2026, a new client completed her consultation excited for what's to come. A few days later, she found out she was layed off. In disappointment, she left us a voicemail requesting to change her appointment and quickly changing it to cancelling. After having discussed her options, we decided the best route was to show up as best as she can for what's next in her life, which will be plenty of interviews to come. So, when the time came, I did her lashes at no charge. It wasn't a business decision anymore. It just felt like the right thing to do for someone who was about to walk into new territory, interview after interview, needing to feel like herself again.

That's when I realized this could be more than a one-time gesture.

But looking back, since the beginning, I've done this more than I could count. Way before the Loyalty Program existed, it was a way to give back to the women who worked hard and still found time to show up for themselves and the people they loved, despite everything. THEY SHOWED UP! I'd give some clients free services, just to show how grateful I was for them. Other times, I understood their situation so much, how could I not? More often than not, I find a way for everyone to walk out of there with a smile.

This program is my way of doing that again for anyone who needs it.
